• Please determine the number of guests at the time of booking. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay. Having unregistered guests is a direct violation of your house rules. It is very important for insurance liability and safety issues. All guests need to be registered. Please let us know if this is the case, and we can update your booking accordingly. Please note that there is £50/night per unregistered guest. For any personal belongings left at the property, there is a £40 (regardless of size) minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging, this is to cover staff travel and time to the post office and administer the return charges. Please note that once checkout time has passed, please don't enter the property without our prior permission, this is a direct violation of privacy and the rules of the house, and you are entering someone else's house without permission. There are £150 charges if staying or returning beyond the agreed-upon check-out time.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
