• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 200.00 NZD - collected via Credit Card on -14 days after checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Please note that third parties are not permitted to book on behalf of guests. The booker must be the guest checking in at the property. Please note that additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 100. All requests for check-in and check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 1 day before arrival and will incur an additional fee of USD 20 for a maximum of 2 hours for early check-in or late check-out. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly. If the guest is found to be at fault for the damages, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
