• A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for late arrivals between 21:00 and 22:00. Late arrivals are upon prior reservation only and subject to the property's approval. Please be aware that reception is closed after 22:00. Parking requests (25 EUR per night) are subject to confirmation of availability, please note it's an underground parking, with limited height and length. Please note that the bikes cannot be parked in the property (patio, bedroom ...). Please note that a copy of the photo ID of the owner of the credit card used for payment will be requested after reservation. Please note for stays of 7 nights or longer, housekeeping is done once a week. Extra housekeeping is available at a EUR 40 extra cost. Please note that the residence is not serviced by a lift.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
