As a long-stay guest, we offer a weekly linen and cleaning service at an additional charge (minimum charge every fortnight as per T&C’s). House Rules: This property does not accept hen, stag, or similar parties. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00 to respect our neighbors. Guest Requirements: All guests must present valid photo identification upon check-in. A rental agreement must be signed and returned prior to arrival. Cleaning and laundry for Longer Stays: Monthly bookings receive a complimentary mid-stay clean. Optional weekly cleaning and linen change is available for an additional charge.
