• ATTENTION: WATER DAMAGE, APARTMENT SUITABLE FOR TRADESMEN! Due to a water pipe leak, water residue is visible on the bathroom ceiling and partially on the kitchen ceiling. The water has caused cracks on the walls. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional, however. A specialist company has been hired to repair the damage. However, the building insurance company must approve this. This could take 2 to 6 months. We will contact you again as soon as the damage has been repaired. We ask that you please pass this information on to our guests. Due to the construction site, our guests receive a special discount. Please inform our guests of the damage before booking. This way, they will not be able to cancel their booking due to the visible damage. The apartment is more suitable for TRADESMEN. Thank you.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
