• We would like to emphasize that we are a provider of strictly family-friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties: • Parties / events / services • Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.) • Drunken disorderly behavior • Noise Disturbance / loud music • No Matric Rage bookings/Bookings for students or guests under the age of 25 years. All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions, which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details. Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay, we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now, so you can enjoy your holiday.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
