• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Reception opening hours : - Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. - Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. For an extra fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival. (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation). In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. the baby kit can be booked on site only, directly with the reception You can now have maintenance kits with a sponge, dish washer pad, cloth and all-purpose cleaner. There is also the availability of bathroom welcome products: soap + shampoo/ shower gel solid.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
