• Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that, within 24 hours upon arrival, the hotel may preauthorise your credit card in order to ensure that the card provided is valid. Guests are advised to contact the hotel directly for more information. Guests are required to present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in at the hotel. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. If the guest fails to provide the credit card, the hotel shall have the right to request for an alternative payment method.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
