• Please be informed that a free round-trip airport shuttle is offered to selected room types.This is clearly indicated in the room names. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information. Please note that for guests requesting transfer service from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the property, the meeting point is located on the 2nd floor between Gates 3 and 4. === For guests wishing to make the payment in cash, please be informed that the property only accepts cash in the local currency (Thai Baht). === Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival via email: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) 3) Photo identification of the credit card holder Guests who cannot provide the mentioned information prior to their arrival may be required by the property to settle the payment for their reservation in cash upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
