Know before you go

• Pets are not allowed
• - Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival, but replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Travel cot: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Late arrival: - Our check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it is €50 and after 1am it is €100. - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 EUR and from 1:00 it will be 100 EUR. - If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Any report or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. - Parties or gatherings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to the police fine).
