Know before you go

• Pets are not allowed
• Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during the stay is not included. If the arrival day is a local or national holiday or weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, 50 EUR after 10 pm, and 100 EUR from 1 am. If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 or 01/01, the charges will be: 50 EUR until 10 pm, 100 EUR after 10 pm, and 150 EUR from 1 am. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Any complaint or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of 400 EUR. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If there is a complaint or intervention by neighbors, security, or police, a fine of 500 EUR will apply (in addition to any official fines). The property is not liable for thefts or losses within the apartment facilities. Guests are strongly advised to take precautions, including using safety boxes if available and keeping doors and windows properly closed.
