• WE ARE SPECIALIZED FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. PLEASE RESPECT OUR PROJECT 100% FAMILIES. RULES OF THE HOUSE: - TOTAL silence is requested from 10pm to 8am, both inside the apartment and inside the building (staircase, elevator, etc...). If there is any complaint from a neighbor for loud guests, you will be required to leave the apartment immediately with no right to refund and losing your security deposit. - NO MORE PEOPLE accepted than those foreseen in the reservation. - Access to the common terrace exclusive for the clients of our different apartments, from 9:00am to 11:00pm (NO PEOPLE invited from outside). - Late checkin extra costs to pay on arrival: From 21:00 to 23:00: 30 EUR. From 23:00 to 01:00: 40 EUR. All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. No option of checkin after 1am. - When booking 2 units or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
