• Pets are allowed with possible charges
• Please note that guests must provide their ID number and names 24 hours prior to arrival. There is no air conditioning in room 2. Please note there will be provided one big and one small towel per bathroom. Please note that the property does not offer hot water. "Pets weighing up to 12 kg are allowed, at an additional cost (Non-refundable). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. The movement of pets within the building is subject to conditions." To enter the building, all guests must show a valid ID. Foreigners must show their passport, Colombian citizens their national ID, and foreigners residing in Colombia their foreign ID. Entry will not be permitted without this document. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
