• Pets are allowed with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 100.00 BRL - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests are required to present a valid vaccination card of the animal upon check in. Kindly note that the animals cannot stay unaccompanied. Please contact the property for further details.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
