Please note that air conditioning is only available during Spring and Summer. Please note that heating is only available during Autum and Winter. Stag or Hen groups are not allowed. Individual reservation belonging to a party group can be cancelled by the hotel. Please note that drinks are not included on any of the meal plans. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. In compliance with Law 11/2021 of 9th July, cash payments will not be accepted from companies and citizens not residents in Spain when the total value of the stay exceeds 10.000 euros and the maximum amount for residents is 1000 euros. Early departure, the hotel will charge 100%. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guest name changes from reservations are not permitted in this property Any suggestion/complaints must be notified to our manager during your stay.
