• Deposit and additional charges: Groups with more than 2 apartments or 2-bedroom apartments must pay a deposit of EUR 250 per apartment to cover possible damages. The breakage deposit may be affected by non-compliance with the rules of conduct of the community, not gathering up the apartment, not disposing the rubbish or loss of keys, among others. Key Collection: All keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at 12, Local 4 Calle Ibiza, Benidorm. Office hours may vary depending on the season. Contact Gestaltur staff directly. The opening hours of the swimming pool are subject to the decision of the building's community. This may vary depending on the year and the season. Please note that the free private parking is upon availability. Please note that the change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days for stays of more than 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, the changes will be made upon request for a fee: Towel change: 20€. Linen and towel change: 45€Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
