• Please note that guests receive free one-time entrance to Tegenungan Waterfalls. Please note that the free use of bicycle is subject to availability and must be requested on arrival. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note: - Guests booking 2-person rate will get 1 bedroom, and the other rooms will be locked - Guests booking 4-person rate will get 2 bedrooms, and the other rooms will be locked The security deposit will be pre-authorized upon check-in (by cash Basis) but will not be deducted from your account unless necessary. If no incidents occur during your stay, the pre-authorization will be released upon check-out.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
