• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. The number of people, including children, present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 16. No Over Occupancy. Please note that the reservation will be canceled if the number of guests exceeds the total occupancy allowed. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Registration is required by the county to be completed at our local office. Registered guests must be present and present valid ID. Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this, please contact our office. Please note during winter time months you may require chains an or a 4wd or Awd vehicle to get up steep driveway when snow conditions are in effect. Home has two cameras on top eave of home that overlooks driveway and has another camera near steps going to front door that also overlooks the front yard/driveway Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
