• - Self-check-in from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Walk-in check-in is available (subject to availability and upon request). - A link will be sent to the hotel for the check-in process, which is required by law. All guests must provide their ID or passport. Additional Charges: - Late check-in: Arrivals after 9:00 PM will have a €30 supplement, regardless of whether they arrive in person or via self-check-in. - Early check-in: Arrivals before 5:00 PM will have a €20 supplement (subject to availability and upon request). - Late check-out: Departures after 11:00 AM will have a €20 supplement (subject to availability and upon request). **Walk-in check-in: Staff will wait for up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if additional assistance is required. Lockers: - Available for early arrivals or for storing personal belongings. A discount coupon is provided after booking. Responsibility for Belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss. Lost Keys: - A €100 charge will apply for each lost set of keys. Check-Out Time: - Late arrivals without prior notice will incur an additional €50 per hour charge, which will be charged through the booking platform.
