• Self check-in from 5pm to 9pm, can be in person (subject to availability and upon request) Link to hotel registration required by law, in which the ID or passport details of all guests must be entered. Additional charges: - Late check-in: arrivals after 9pm, €30 surcharge regardless of whether the arrival is in person or self-check-in. - Early check-in: arrivals before 5pm, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request) - Late check-out: departures after 11am, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request) **In-person check-in: Staff wait up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if other assistance is required. Lockers: - Available for early arrival or storage of belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking. Responsibility for belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss. Loss of keys: - €100 charge for each set of keys lost. Check-out time: - Late arrivals without prior notice have a €50 charge for each hour, charged through the booking platform. IMPORTANT: Follow the instructions and videos to avoid problems when accessing.
