• - Self check-in from 5pm to 9pm, can be in person (subject to availability and upon request) - Sending of a link for hotel registration required by law. Additional charges: - Late check-in: arrivals after 9pm, €30 surcharge regardless of whether the arrival is in person or self-check-in. - Early check-in: arrivals before 5pm, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request) - Late check-out: departures after 11am, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request) **In-person check-in: Staff wait up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if other assistance is required. Lockers: - Available for early arrival or storage of belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking. Responsibility for belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss. Loss of keys: - €100 charge for each set of keys lost. Departure time: - Delays without prior notice have a €50 surcharge for each hour, charged through the booking platform. - Smoking in the apartment will incur an additional charge of EUR 100.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
