• Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.

• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

Special instructions

If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Level 1 of the property will not allow anyone under the age of 21. This includes no minors in the Buffet, Deli, Timberline Grill and Starbucks. Persons under the age of 21 can dine in the Fireside Kitchen or In Room dining.
