• For group of 16 people or more, the bike parking is at a surcharge. Please note that pets weighing 5 kg can be accommodated in this property. Please note that pets weighing more than 5 kg are charged for €20 per stay at this property. Please note that the Quadruple Room with Shower is located in a separate annex building. For any reservation of 5 rooms or more for the same date, special conditions may apply as follows: - 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be required within 30 days prior to your arrival date to cover the eventual cancellation of your entire stay. - 50% of the initial amount cancelled will remain due within 30 days prior to your arrival date in case of partial cancellation of your stay. - The full amount will be requested 15 days before your arrival date. Any changes that do not result in partial or complete cancellation will be free of charge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
