• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 80.00 USD - collected via Bank Transfer on -7 days after checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on 7 days after checkout
• Guests who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed in. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. Upon your arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your meter to supervise the previous point. Upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of £1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure in case you have not exceeded the allowed limit of KW during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each KW exceeded).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
