• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• NEVER LEAVE THE HOB OR THE OVEN ON UNATTENDED! If you are going to cook food that causes a lot of fumes, you can prevent the alarm from going off in the apartment by pressing the yellow button in advance for 5 seconds. The smoke part of the detector will then be out of order for 30 minutes. Please refer to the full FIRE INSTRUCTIONS manual for more details. Everyone in the apartment is responsible for familiarising himself with the fire instructions. STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside of the apartment or on balcony! The security deposit for any damages caused as a result of non compliance is set to 20 000 NOK. The heating is automatic and comes on if the temperature drops below 22-23 C degrees. Please do not change the settings on the thermostat. Our CHECK-IN window is strictly between 16:00 & 18:00. Late checkins (after 19:00) attract surcharge of 300 NOK. It is not possible to check in after 23:30. Our checkout is generally by 10:00. If you wish to arrange an early checkin or a later checkout, please give notice in advance so that we can help. There’s a fee of 150NOK/hour. The same applies to early checkins.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
