We can only offer what's vacant, which may vary. Our CHECK-IN window is strictly between 16:00 & 18:00. Late checkins (after 18:30) attract surcharge of 300 NOK. It is not possible to check in after 23:30. Upon arrival please take your shoes off and relax your feet. There is a wooden flooring and clean carpets throughout the apartment. Please do not roll suitcase over the floor. Our guests are asked to fill in a short arrival form. This is compulsory and the non-filling penalty is £30. IMPORTANT!!! If you are cooking, please ventilate properly. If the fire alarm goes off, please reset it by pressing the button for 3 seconds. It’s in the main hallway on the wall, above the chair. NEVER LEAVE THE HOB OR THE OWEN ON UNATTENDED! NO SMOKING (inc. vaping/el.cigarettes) inside the apartment or on balcony The security deposit for any damages caused as a result of non compliance is set to 5000 NOK. A part of it (3000 NOK) is paid by card upon arrival and returned at the checkout. The heating is automatic and comes on if the temperature drops below 22-23 C degrees. Please do not change the settings on the thermostat. Breakfast 6:30-10:00 & Evening buffet dinner 17:30-20:00 at exclusive rates for our guests at the Grand Hotel Bodø, only 2 minutes walking from the apartment. Book through us and get 15% discount. Breakfast buffet is 200 NOK/pp (normally 225) and the evening diner buffet is 320/pp (normally 375). 50% off for children up to 12yo. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Extra guests or PARTIES are not allowed. CHECK-OUT is by 10:00. However, we can offer a late one. If you wish to arrange an early checkin or a later checkout, please give notice in advance so that we can help. Just ask. There’s a fee of 150NOK/hour. The same applies to early checkins. Before you go, the please leave the place clean and tidy and ensure ALL lights are off, close the windows, turn off electrical devices and place KEYS on the kitchen countertop. Then send a message just as you are leaving.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
