• Please note that a surcharge applies for late check-in hours as follows: EUR 30.00 from 20:00 to 22:00, EUR 50.00 from 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 70.00 after 00:00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Price in case of lost keys €150. The property is located on the third floor of a building without a lift. Please note that, according to the Italian law, non professional host cannot offer cooked breakfast, so we can only offer monodose packaged breakfast.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
