• Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR
• A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 22:30; from 22:30 and 2:00 am a surcharge of EUR 40 applies and after 2:00 am a surcharge of EUR 60 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that heating is only available from October 15th to April 15th Please note that air conditioning is only available from June first to September 15th Additional linen and towels are not provided for stays less than 15 nights. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of: Single bed linen: EUR 27 per set Double bed linen: EUR 32 per set Towels: EUR 20 per setThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
