• Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is non-refundable when the booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of AUD 350. And AUD 1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney. We don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood; however, if there is work being done next door or in the same building, we will have a note in our summary. The charges for bed linen for the sofa beds are as follows: Bed linen: AUD 35.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
