Know before you go

• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Check-in should be carried out before 19:00. If you intend to arrive later than this please contact the hotel in advance to communicate your arrival time. Small dogs up to 7 kg are allowed in some rooms only (maximum one per room), in compliance with the Resort's pets regulation. It is necessary to communicate their presence at the time of booking. We reserve the right not to allow access to the room if these regulations are not respected. An extra charge of EUR 20 per day applies. The fitness room is free, while mountain bikes AND E-BIKES comes at extra charge. The swimming pools are not heated and are only available from April until October. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. From November until March it is only open on Fridays and Saturdays.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
