• The entrance to the apartment will be via virtual keys/code.All guests are required to complete the registration of their identity documents (by uploading photos of their IDs and a selfie), and sign the traveler forms/rental agreement through our website (via a link that we will send) before their arrival at the apartment. This process is mandatory to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, regarding guest registration in tourist accommodations/hotels, and will be submitted to the Ministry of the Interior. Once guests complete the check-in, they will receive the virtual keys to access the apartment.Guests who do not wish to register their identity documents online must request an in-person check-in at the apartment. This service has an additional cost of €30.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
