Know before you go

• Parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport) at check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if only one of the parents is travelling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorising the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In the event that the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before travelling for more information.
• One child aged 5 years old or younger stays for free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Special instructions

The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 10 PM. To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers from São Joaquim Maritime Terminal to Morro de São Paulo via boat. The daily transfer service has limited hours.
