• Reservations of 3 rooms or more are subject to special conditions. A prepayment is required by bank transfer. Once the reservation is made, the property will contact the guests to provide the necessary instructions. People traveling to Colombia with minors under 18 years of age must present the minor's birth certificate and an identity document with photo (passport for international guests) upon check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the minor, a travel consent signed before a notary by both parents and a photocopy of their identity documents must be presented. If only one parent is traveling with her child, a travel consent signed before a notary by the absent parent must be presented. If you plan to travel to Colombia with children, you must request the corresponding information from the Colombian consulate before traveling. Breakfast is not included for young children staying free of charge if their parents or guardians use existing beds. Breakfast for children is available at an extra cost. In accordance with Colombian tax legislation, only tourists who have an entry and stay permit or a tourism permit (former PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6 and PIP-10) are exempt from paying the 19 % VAT. Likewise, tourists with a type V visa (visitor) (TP-11 and TP-12), type M visa (migrant) (TP-7) or type R visa (resident) must not pay it. The corresponding stamp or visa must be shown when checking into the hotel.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
