• Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property or bring your own. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment upon booking is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD £500.00 is required. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. ** LINEN NOT INCLUDED ** This property comes supplied with pillows, mattress protectors and blankets or doonas. Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire. No parties, smoking or excessive noise are allowed at this property. A security bond by means of a credit card pre-authorisation is required to book this property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
