• Damage deposit: 500.00 AUD - collected via Credit Card on -14 days after checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card. This property comes supplied with pillows, mattress protectors and blankets or doonas. Please note that linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Please contact the property prior to arrival to organize linen hire.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
