Arriving/leaving Instructions

Know before you go

• Parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport) at check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if only one of the parents is travelling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorising the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In the event that the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before travelling for more information.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Special instructions

The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
