• Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. All payments made by American Express credit card applies the 5% commission in case of cancellations and/or refund. For security reasons, all guests must present the credit card used to book, otherwise the hotel will refund the deposit to the credit card used to guarantee their stay and guests will have to pay the stay total amount directly during check in. Virtual credit cards are not allowed in the property. In case of no show, the hotel will apply the current policy according to season. No show penalties are the same as cancellation policies received with booking confirmation. Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
