• Check in is guaranteed from 16:00 to 20:00. After 20:00, check-in is subject to validation, except during the congress periods and summer. Guests can choose between physical check-in and self-check-in, and are asked to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 20:00 will incur an additional cost of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Departures are until 11am at the latest. The deposit requested is 500€. You may be asked to provide a copy of your ID before your arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please dispose of your garbage before leaving the premises and leave the kitchen area clean. Failure will result in the deduction of the security deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
