• Check-ins are guaranteed from 16:00 to 20:00. After 20:00, check-ins are subject to validation, except during congress periods and summer. Guests can choose between physical check-in and self-check-in, and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 20:00 has an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-out is until 11:00 at the latest. The deposit requested is €500. A copy of your identity documents may be requested before your arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please throw away your trash before leaving the premises and leave the kitchen area clean. Otherwise a deposit will be deducted.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
