Know before you go

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
• Cash transactions at this property cannot exceed EUR 5000 due to national regulations. For further details, please contact the property using the information in the booking confirmation.
• The seasonal pool will be open from April to October.
• Children aged 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Special instructions

The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 AM, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
