Know before you go

• If you are travelling with a child, your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents travelling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Colombian visitors) at check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is travelling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarised consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is travelling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarised consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• One child aged 5 years old or younger stays for free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Special instructions

Guests must transfer via Boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Transfers to the property will be included for guests who register by 3 PM.
