• Damage deposit: 200.00 EUR - collected via Bank Transfer on -7 days after checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on 7 days after checkout

Please note that an additional charge of 70€ from 10 AM to 12:30 PM is applicable for late check-out. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight at the property. Request to invite additional unregistered guests during the day are subjected to confirmation by the property. Smoking in any unit will incur an additional charge of 50€ Please note failing to comply with the waste sorting rules will incur an additional charge of 50€Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
