• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 700.00 EUR - collected via Bank Transfer on -7 days after checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on 7 days after checkout
• Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them on site (rate of 35 euros/person/stay. You can also choose to bring your own. A deposit 700 euros is asked only by transfer at least 13 days before arrive. A check in and a check out will be made and if the house is left in a correct estate , the caution will be refund by transfer 48H after check out. TV not linked to TNT , but you can access to Netflix or other channels with your own package and password .Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
