• HOUSE RULES: - Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment. - Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property. - No undeclared guests are allowed. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. - Do not leave the place excessively dirty. - Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave. - Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
