• Pets are not allowed
• The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. For guests arriving after midnight, please be informed that the hotel will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen). Statements will be issued on the following day when payments are made after 22:30. No pets are allowed on property premises, except for guide dogs, service dogs and/or hearing dogs. Rates differ according to the number of guests. Please indicate the correct number of guests staying at the time of booking. If a booking has been made for 1 guest, only 1 guest will be allowed to stay. DVD players, humidifiers and trouser presses are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can send their luggage to the hotel the day before or on the day of arrival. They must notify the hotel in advance, and the delivery fee must be paid by the sender at time of shipping. The hotel may not be able to accept the luggage without prior notification. For guests staying for 2 or more nights, towel exchange and cleaning services are available upon request. Please hang the cleaning sign by 11:00, if you would like to request daily maid service.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
