• Pets are not allowed
• If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please let the property know in advance to arrange a late check-in, using the special request box when booking or using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please provide a phone number that you can be contacted on whilst traveling. Failing to arrange late check-in will incur further charges. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking. You must show a valid photo ID upon check in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The property will pre-authorise your credit card prior to arrival. Please note that guests paying by debit card or EFTPOS are required to pay a bond upon check in of £200. This will be refunded after check-out.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
