• Please note that baby cot is available during your stay upon written request and with a supplement. Please note when booking for 2 people and using 2 beds, a supplement of 25 EUR will be charged. To finalize your booking and guarantee your access to the property, we would like to remind you that the damage deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before your arrival. ⚠️ Important: Without payment of this damage deposit within the specified timeframe, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel your booking in accordance with our terms and conditions. A surcharge of 30 EUR per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. - Smoking in the accommodation or common areas: €450 fine - Illegal activity (prostitution or drug sales): €1,000 fine - Disorder left in the accommodation: €200 fine - Guest not registered on the reservation: €100 fine per day - Parties in the accommodation: €1,000 fine - Pets in the accommodation: €500 fine - Damage to the accommodation's equipment: billed at the new price - Violations and fines may be combined.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
