The house during stormy season reserves the right to accept reservations, please contact the administrator before reserving during stormy weather. Please note that the property will not be offering meals from December 29, 2023 to January 8, 2024. The kitchen will be out of service.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is accessible via an unpaved road, which may be unsuitable for some vehicles. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
