• To abide by all legal requirements and rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Autohost is the company that provides a simple and reliable guest verification process that will handle the completion of this request. GUEST VERIFICATION - Booking bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. This process will require you to answer questions and upload a photo ID. SECURITY BOND - There will be a security bond of £1000 that will be deducted from your account within 7 days prior to your check-in and will be refunded back to your account within 7 days of check-out. If this is not paid your booking will be cancelled with no refund provided.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
