The name of the holder of the credit card used to pay must match the name of one of the guests listed on the reservation. The same credit card and government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in. Payments are not accepted at the hotel. Reservations that have not been paid for will be cancelled before arrival. If an invoice is requested, it will be issued by Hotelera Playamar, S.A. de C.V., based in Mexico. An environmental fee of 32.57 MXN per night per room must be paid upon check-in. The type of bed selected is subject to availability at the hotel. The property does not accept reservations of 10 rooms or more. All bookings of 10 or more rooms are considered a group and are subject to group terms and conditions. Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in at the hotel. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. It is essential that the primary reservation holder be 18 years or older at the time of check-in at the hotel.
